Whilst in Geneva, Henry was actively involved in the Committee of the Geneva branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and he is a regular commentator on legal developments affecting private clients.

Experience
- Advising a UK family, their trustees, executors and family office on various tax, trust and succession matters relating to their assets which include a landed estate, heritage chattels and a London commercial property portfolio
- Advising a Liechtenstein Foundation which indirectly owned, amongst other things, a portfolio of investments and a substantial UK landed estate, on tax matters relating to the establishment of the foundation by a non-domiciled individual and on the ultimate sale of the estate and the distribution of the foundation's assets to the beneficiaries
- Advising a UK resident non-domiciled individual in relation to the establishment and funding (with over £100m) of an English charity
- Advising non-UK domiciled individuals prior to moving to the UK on tax, trusts and succession matters
