Patricia specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering contracts. She is involved in negotiating and drafting building contracts, bonds appointments and collateral warranties as well as adjunct agreements such as vesting agreements, preconstruction agreements and development agreements.

Patricia acts for a range of  high net worth individuals on a variety of new build, extension and refurbishment projects.

Patricia has also acts for funders and investors in the acquisition and sale of portfolios a range so sectors including hotels, leisure centres and offices, including forward funding agreements and preparing sale packs.

Patricia also advises state and private schools on their construction projects for new sports facilities and additional teaching blocks.

Patricia is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advising  a super prime international client on multi-million-pound renovation projects in Grosvenor Estate including liaising with the relevant authorities and landlords. This involved working closely with her real estate colleagues and pulling together all the requirements into the building contract and professional appointments.

  • Advising Eton College on the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts for its new sports facilities including the new Eton Sports and Aquatic Centre (comprising a swimming pool and multi-sports hall) and the construction of the school sports centre comprising a large multi-sports hall as well as facilities for squash, athletic development and fitness, fencing, shooting, climbing.
