Suzi leads the substantial Regeneration and Development Sales team at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. She specialises in advising developers and home builders on all aspects of residential and mixed-use development and regeneration schemes.
Suzi has experience in drafting and negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts, development agreements, overage agreements, option agreements, security and transfer documentation, associated planning and infrastructure agreements. Suzi also deals with affordable housing sales, funding, collaborations, all aspects of title investigation and preparing all necessary reports on land acquisition.
Suzi acts for a number of national housebuilders, developers and promoters including Bellway, Vistry Homes, Countryside Partnerships, Berkeley, Ballymore, Persimmon, Greencore and Hanbury. Suzi is the client partner for the Cambourne consortium.
Suzi is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

- Bellway Homes - Barking Riverside: Acted as lead project lawyer to Bellway Homes London Partnerships in partnership with Barking Riverside Limited and L & Q providing for the delivery 10,000 new homes, improved transport connections including a new overground station, commercial and leisure facilities, new primary and secondary schools and riverside walks Barking Riverside | A place to be, become and belong.
- Bellway Homes: Acted on the phased acquisition of land pursuant to a strategic option agreement and drawn down in three phases, creating a new community of 620 homes, commercial space and a primary school.
- Bellway Homes: Acted on the land acquisition and collaboration arrangements relating to a 1,000 residential unit outline planning permission scheme including a new business park and strategic infrastructure provision.
- Crest Nicholson: Advised on the real estate aspects of a development agreement for the acquisition of surplus government land for regeneration to include 3,000 new homes in Cambridgeshire.
- Vistry Homes: Acted on the land acquisition of two development parcels on a wider masterplan regeneration scheme including advice on estate management and collaboration and co-operation arrangements between different developers on site.
- Confidential client: Advised on the real estate aspects of a proposed new settlement in four phases, the associated promotion and option agreements and land disposals for a residential led scheme with a care home and commercial and retail uses.
