1. Are you an EU, EEA or Swiss national without Irish citizenship?
2. Are you or one of your children planning to start UK university in 2021? 
3. Are you living in the UK without ‘pre-settled’, ‘settled status’ or British citizenship?

If all answers are yes, you may want to consider applying for settled status and/or British Citizenship now, otherwise you may have to pay overseas student fees rather than home student fees. Alternatively, you can start your degree this year and still pay Home fees. 

The difference in cost for a 3 year degree in London can be over £50,000. ‘Home Students’ pay up to £9,250 per year for tuition fees in England, whereas 'International Students' pay around £15,000-£30,000 per year to study in London.
